What is the format of the tournament?

The tournament will be played in a Four-Person Scramble format. This means that each team consists of four players. All players tee off on each hole, then the team selects the best shot. From there, all four players hit from that spot, and the process continues until the ball is holed.

How do I register a team?

You can register a team of four players online here. Registration includes green fees, cart, lunch, and a gift bag.

Can I participate if I don’t have a full team?

Absolutely! Individuals or groups of less than four can register, and we’ll pair you with others to complete a team.

What is included with registration?

• 18 holes of golf
• Golf cart
• Lunch
• Player gift bag
• Awards ceremony and prizes

Are there prizes?

Yes! Prizes will be awarded for:

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
• Longest Drive (Men’s & Women’s)
• Closest to the Pin

Is this event suitable for all skill levels?

Yes! The scramble format makes it fun and competitive for golfers of all abilities. Since the best shot is always chosen, even beginners can contribute and enjoy the game.

What is the purpose of the event?

Proceeds from the tournament will benefit The Pearl Cares Foundation, supporting mental health access for all. A portion of the proceeds will be specifically dedicated to support veterans and first responders in their mental health journey.

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

• Your clubs
• Sunscreen and a hat
• Your A-game

What happens if it rains?

The tournament will proceed rain or shine. If there is lightning we will be forced to cancel the tournament, and unfortunately in this situation, we will not be able to re-schedule.
